This is the
machine that distributes the cream between the wafer sheets coming out of the
cooling machine. It offers the possibility of working with one or more colors.
The cream distribution tanks are fed using pumps and are fully automatic. The
spreader drums move up and down depending on the position of the sheet during
rotation, allowing for smooth distribution. The thickness of the cream can be
adjusted manually.
